I had a print made of a Raspberry Pi case in the shape of an Atari 800. I
spent a ton of time filling the grooves from the print material and then
priming. Then I foolishly tried to help the primer dry faster with the heat
gun. The print sagged and is now the wrong shape. Its been sitting staring at
me for most of a year. I *think* I could massage it back into the right shape
but lost interest...

Something as a small as a key head won’t take a lot of material or time. The
question is, what would be durable enough for a key head? Once you can identify
the right material, there are a number of offerings that have short lengths
that come in an assortment of colors.
