Sadly, what ever company takes the tax money, OUR money, and developes a vaccine, will reap windfall profits. If the politicians really were concerned, they would have included in the bill, when a vaccine is developed, it becomes public domain. It's all about the money. Neither the d or r are concerned about the country. They are concerned with lining their pockets.
