Things will be very ugly in a few weeks if things do not return to some semblance of normal. Refineries have only got so much storage before they have to cease production. Refining of petroleum can only be skewed towards the production of diesel fuel by a few percent. Which means no diesel, which means no trucking. Which means no medical supplies, no food, etc.
