I always thought they were sort of “lumpy” looking. Very squared off. I don’t recall 4WD being all that popular on pickup trucks until the 80s or 90s. Back then if you wanted 4WD you would get a Jeep or an International.
Can’t forget the awful paint schemes on these, either. A base color and white trim.
