Mine have 3 distances. Close, medium & distance. I have no idea,what they cost as i got them through insurance at work. I have had them for years. Only issue i have ever had is driving a,lawn tractor & look back to side to check mowing swath. I do know people who have trouble with them but until this thread never thought about them i have corneal disease in my right eye so i get MD level eye care.
