Since the ad is written in Mex/Spanish... I can only assume the aircraft was operated in Mexico... which raises every alarm in the book for maintenance and log book cooking... Pre Buy inspection to the rivets .... verify log entries to the ink used and A&P certifications and IA license...
The retract gear on this model is not tolerant of a lot of things and prone to failures.... another item to be inspected carefully... This is not a "quick look inspection prior to purchase" kind of airplane... Good luck.... I pass ....
