Yes... Sing Sing Prison... It is a Federal Crime to falsify log books or component records.... and,, the FAA prosecutes with vengeance . Do not go there, ever.. is the message on aircraft.. if you don't go to jail, at minimum, your repairman license will be revoked, and you will pay huge fines. ie.. you will never work in aviation again... any action against you becomes part of permanent record at FAA... so you will never be "forgotten"...
