Gosh, I don't remember too much trouble there. Remember the old mechanic's trick of putting a bit of paper over the head of the screw (or over the hex driver) so that it sticks the screw onto the tool. Makes it a bit easier to get a bolt to rotate in a hole.

I did the whole job in one shot, boy did my back ache! Didn't cure the slow coolant leak somewhere, though.....
