DC Area had its hottest July on record with 20 straight days above 90 deg.
F.  We are also up 7" on rainfall YTD after the Isaias drenching.
Incidentally, my Pepco bill for July was $30 net due to 55 solar PV panels
on the roof, with the central AC running 24/7.
