That is amazing you would think home insurance would be way more expensive 
there. The currently policy with USAA is $3300 with a $2500 deductible and they 
are valuing house at $275k. Replacement cost anyway. When it renewed next month 
it looks like it’s going up to about $4300. 5 years ago it was something like a 
little over $2k. Wtf?
