I’ve seen them done here and they use the continuous roll stuff as well, or precut most of the pieces off site and truck them to the site. Cost is about double that of a composition (shingle) roof from what I’ve heard, however, that pays in the long run between the life of the roof and savings on insurance.
Never understood the clay tile stuff.
