Offer $100 to tow it off, see about getting a key (not cheap as
mentioned) then see if it will start/run. If not then it is parts,
unfortunately.
You might be able to get a replacement title or some form of ownership,
which MB will want to see to get you a key, so that will be the first
challenge.
