Went hunting with some friends yesterday. I washed out but one guy bagged a black duck and a mallard. Through a series of events I don't really understand I ended up with them. Tonight we made duck breast with blueberry sauce from a YouTube recipe: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iybYoted2ho At the last minute I remembered our grill is out of gas so I cooked them on a cast iron pan in the oven.
