My thoughts exactly. If a bed is more expensive, it should have more features, like adjustable base etc. The whole industry is based on upselling people to more expensive stuff they don't need - kind of like new cars. The amazon mattress is just fine particularly for kids or a guest room. Personally I have no trouble sleeping on it esp when I think about all the money I saved as I drift off ... When I want something nicer I always buy whatever Costco is selling.
