I have put in 3 systems with 8 head units. The install is easy. Just make sure 
the connections on your lines are all seated and tight and be careful about 
bending the lines. I hired my local AC guy to do the refrigerant (the units are 
all pre-charged) - doing nitrogen pressure test, then pumping it down to vacuum 
and releasing the gas. This is required for the warranty on my LG units. It’s 
all pretty easy.
