Remind me as to what is required to read the codes on a relatively new Mercedes. A fellow on another forum that I participate in has a newer SUV (GLK?) with a diesel and is having problems and getting a bit of a run around from his dealer. People are telling him to get a cheap code reader and check it himself but I suggested that is not going to work. What does he need in order to access the information on a late model MB? If my memory is reasonably correct some of you folks have acquired software on a laptop and the required cords to connect. What do you have and where did you get it?
