A co-worker took his minivan to a shop. The belt squeals as I think his A/C compressor is locking up. They told him the belt was just lose and said that carbon was getting the air intake and he needed to change air filter and clean injectors for $400. Additionally they said he need new shocks and struts for $600. They actually told him that the shocks and struts need to be changed every 20,000 miles!
