I wish the old ones didn't rust so readily, I really liked my '98, it was tinny 
and un-refined but a lot of fun to drive.

The 2015 is a pleasant if somewhat boring ride. It sure does zip though, there 
is nothing like the torque of driving a diesel.

I've started to bench-race the idea of putting an early TDI engine into a CJ5 
to keep at camp. An early AHU or ALH engine and a stage 3 tune with upgraded 
injectors. Should do around 130hp 230 torques, good for a small, light jeep on 
33" tires. Ought to do 25mpg at that.

Ahh but only money, time and effort get in the way...
