Starter turns very slowly or not at all. Acting like low battery but jump start does not change anything. Also headlights are bright, windows open normally, etc so that indicates battery is good. I don't have a battery tester but battery is only a few years old. It's a manual so tried to roll start it but didn't really have enough of a hill to get much speed. It didn't work. Do you normally use 2nd or 3rd gear for that? Of course it's not at home.
