Wow, had to be multiple impacts there. At least two, possibly three or more. (How did the engine end up laid over sideways, anyway?) Crushed on front quarter, rear quarter, and side-swipey on top of all that. Driver might have been OK, same with someone behind him. Other side pretty iffy.
