Because I’m a cheap ass and want to make some cash off the deal, so I am on the fence about getting it fixed at a shop (assuming it’s not totaled) or keeping the cash. At the end of the day I want to extract as much money as possible out of these people. I guess my neck might start hurting. Maybe I should hire a shister lawyer and show up in a neck collar.
