Most of those folks aren’t there. They’re seasonal residents who come down in the winter.
Granted, a few might have property managers that would take care of this, but I’m betting a lot don’t. The property managers I worked with down there and on Longboat Key, a similar enclave off the coast of Sarasota, wouldn’t have anything to do with car maintenance or upkeep.
