The grill is generally set back about even with the center of the front wheels so the hood need not be so long as the frame might otherwise suggest. The hood shouldn't be too hard to fabricate but the fenders and grill would be more of an issue. I wonder how close fenders from some other car might match? There must be some new aftermarket fenders available for some sort of old car that could be made to work.
