In WA, the "Amazon tax" is complicated.  They tax on _facilitators_ that
do more than X (for some value of X that is very low) amount of business
in that State.  All Amazon and eBay sales are now taxed, full retail.

So, if you do business _directly_ with an out-of-state provider that has
neither an in-State presence _nor_ does an appreciable detectable amount
of business in your State, the transaction remains tax-free like before.

For a brief time when WA was first doing this I had big-ticket items shipped to
my work address in ID.  But now they've gotten into the game too.
