If Mr. Jim's advice of whacking it doesn't work...I'l start proper troubleshooting.

Yup....
Yup....

Turn on the power to the blower and measure between the chassis and the
various parts of the circuit that should have +12 V to see where it gets
lost.

You should look for the answers to questions like the following:

- Is there  power to the blower switch?

- Does the power make it through the blower switch?

- Does the power make it to the blower assembly?

- Does the power make it through the relays as appropriate?


Sort of like tracing a vacuum leak with a MityVac but with electrons
instead.
