I had a CPS going bad on a 210, it would sometimes cut out above a certain speed (or RPM more accurately I guess) intermittently but then was OK until it completely kakked.  In any case I don't know why a flywheel would be bad, is that A Thing?

Bad CPS results in no-start/run.  Could this be a flakey speed sensor
inside the tranny?  Part of the conductor plate assembly.  (There are
two speed sensors.  One on the input shaft, one on the output.)
