For $1500 ignore it and drive it until it pukes. I wouldn’t buy a $1500 car to 
Martha as it’s not a realistic idea. Case in point, my 2001 ML500 that I bought 
for $1400 to use for moving between houses. Had it for a year, put maybe $500 
into it, and that’s because I had to replace a tire, and then sold it for 
$1800. Considering the value I got out of it I came out ahead.

And I never Martha’ed that car, either. Wasn’t worth the effort.
