Water with a bit of Dawn dish detergent. Temperature depends on the carb. Some
have an oring that will melt.

Subject: [MBZ] OT - cleaning a small engine carb in an ultrasonic cleaner

Do any of you folks have experience with cleaning small carburetors in
an ultrasonic cleaner?

If so, any advice on what solution to use and how hot and how long might
be appropriate?

Randy who has a generator that won't start.
