I went on a wire shelf bender a few years ago. You know, the stainless steel ones like they use in commercial kitchens. You can pick up the real thing stupid cheap on FB marketplace and Craigslist. Most of mine have casters, too, so they can be moved around if I chose to.
The only drawback is their inability to store small things. For instance, a spray can doesn’t sit evenly/upright unless it’s centered on a couple of the wires.
