There is easily $8k-$10k or more of "deferred maintenance" needed on this car. 
And that's not addressing the paint condition.

RNM at $6k. It needs things, too, but it's definitely better than Kaleb's in a 
lot of different ways.

I think the market is starting to slow down for some of these "classics".

I would expect that 316K miles does not help sell it. The car just looks
worn, especially on the inside.
Also, the rusty air cleaner under the hood is a turn off. Clean it up
and paint it.
