Keep us posted, at least I’m interested. Our eye doctor was a neighbor lady who always did a great job for us. I got my eyes checked right before we left FL and then orderd some new glasses from Zenni, who I have used in the past and been happy with.
When I got my new glasses (progressive lenses as always) off the new prescription, the very top part of the lens where I would be using distance vision was out of focus more thna about 8-10 feet away and farther. I ordered two pairs, and both were that way. My script didn’t change significantly, so I was a bit befuddled about this and returned the glasses for “inspection.” I’m waiting for their determination if they screwed up or not, but I suspect if they didn’t they’ll tell me tough beans and I’ll have two pairs of glasses that are essentially paperweights, not to mention the money. -D > On Jun 12, 2024, at 9:21 AM, mitch--- via Mercedes <mercedes@okiebenz.com> > wrote: > > Firstly, I've discovered a substitute for crappy progressive lens called > OmniLux. > And I'm most likely going to send my existing frames to Florida for this lens. > > https://www.qldsamerica.com/omnilux > > https://www.optiboard.com/forums/forum/optical-forums/general-optics-and-eyecare-discussion-forum/75139-omnilux#post857901 > > https://www.bestnewglasses.com/lens-replacement > > Now for my question: My last couple of exams, I've struggled during the > prescription phase.
