Well in this business I would never bad mouth a competitor because the same thing could happen to us. We have had our fair share of issues with system outages lasting entire days, or outages lasting anywhere from a few minutes to a few hours back to back days. Bit fun at all when dealers are trying to work leads or desk a deal.
