I don't think you can buy the separate parts, they all come as the
regulator assembly. You could get a used one (check with the list
dad).. I had the arm/gear rivets (they are big things too) break on my
car, bodged up a fix with some little bolts, was a total pain taking it
apart and doing the fix, but it has worked fine now for some years.

Folks,
Now, today's problem. Driver's side, driver's door window won't go
all the way up (lacks 1/2 ") or all the way down.
I ripped it all apart and here's what i see:
http://www.athens.net/~macjava/Images/ebaypix/300tdregulator.jpg
At about the 9 o'clock position on the large gear that engages the 14
toothed bosch motor drive there are a bunch of teeth chewed away.
i assume this is the problem?
All of the plastic slides and guides seem tight etc.
Is this big fat gear available as a part? I looked at some online
photos of window regulators and this side never seems to be visible.
So what has to be replaced? The regulator? or is there some
intermediate gear train available??
Given the price of window regulators do any of you have a good used
one? price? Or one that has that gear good ...remember i have the 14
tooth motor gear??
Is the driver door location specific for regulator (meaning does it
have to be just that one)
Do regulators in other doors have this same large gear (even if the
regulator is different) so i could get one of those and just change
that??
Does anyone have the correct service manual pages you could email or
fax me so i can get this baby put back together??
