B2 is just fine. Not going to have a huge effect on the rubber, but will slowly clean out crud.

Any room today for a question that might sound dumb?

Will running biodiesel from the gas station hurt my 83 240D?

Despite all the pondering and far-fetched planning on someday converting it to a greasecar, I have not until today had occasion to consider actually
running some biodiesel from the pump in it.

Does it have to be fitted with special fuel lines or something?

The wife just called me and said she was at a station, and found they had biodiesel. Then she said that the sticker said it had only a 2% soy diesel
content.

So I guess a further question is: if the fuel in question is only 2%
biodiesel it's probably not worth worrying about any damage. But how about
stuff like 85% bio or 100% bio?

Thanks
