Check pressures, either pump not building up enough pressure or a seal is bad for one of the bands/clutch packs.

The transmission (auto) had been leaking due to warped and over torqued transmission pan. I fixed that, got it straightened out and sealed with new gasket/filter and no leaks. Now, the big problem. When the car is cold transmission shifts all gears including reverse with no problem.
