OK, so i take it that this reverse clutch pack seal is concentric with the main shaft and is NOT a do it in the car job? Meaning it take transmission R&R and some disassembly?? And if she were able to find a rare shop that COULD do it correctly, it'd be what, a $1000 to $1500 job?? I don't mind crawling around under the transmission, but don't really want to remove it.

Most likely bad seal on reverse clutch pack. I have done a couple of them.
