Thanks! I rec'd another catalog yesterday and noticed the different sites - I saw stuff I wanted to buy on the HarborfreightUSA website and was able to use the harborfreight.com website to ordder the stufff & avoid visiting the store.

There are two Harbor Freight websites, one for the retail stores and
one for on-line shopping.
www.harborfreight.com is the one with the cart, I think.
