The car is certified in Ontario. The brakes and shocks were replaced a little over a week ago in order to certify it. The rust wasn't there that I saw when the body was repainted. There was a small disc of surface rust on the tailgate prior to painting and I haven't seen anything from it after the paint job. That's about the extent of the rust then, it was really quite good.
