[MBZ] Extended warranty -- how to get?

My buddy has an S430 that is coming up on end of warranty, and was 
thinking to get an extended warranty.  MB offers one, he was wondering 
if there were other extended warranties that might be available from 3rd 
parties that might offer better value.  Anyone know anything about this?
