Were you looking at a euro version? I would go for it if the price was right. I happen to have a euro 3.8 motor sitting in my garage waiting for a lucky candidate for it. Thinking about dropping it in an 83 380SEL I have. Wouldnt be worth much money though. Holding out for a 380SL with a bad motor.
