I wouldn't be so sure about better economy since alot of the "euro" spec cars 
aren't tuned for fuel mileage.
A big problem too is if you live in a state that requires yearly emission 
testing you don't have a snow balls chance in hell of passing it. Unless of 
course its a older model thats exempt from testing
