Brake squeal is caused by the brake pads vibrating at high frequency. The magic goo goes between the back of the pads & caliper & helps dampen the vibration. Your local discount parts store usually has small packs for sale on the counter for less than $1.00 each. Just ask for the brake anti-squeal compound & they will know exactly what you want.
