I think it has a 2 year warranty. It expires very soon, April I think.
There is no flare at all, just a sort of "overlap" I guess the only way
to describe it is that all other changes are "snappy" and this one is
rather slushy, almost like the time itself to "change" between the gears
is 1 second or so while the others are a fraction of a sec.
Regarding if it is a 1-2 or 2-3, I'm not sure. It is the first actual
change of gears that happens after starting off. I was never sure it it
starts in 1st or 2nd.
