Yes, the sun will rise IN the East (generally to the East) tomorrow, as it
alwasys does, but not DUE EAST (true bearing 090 degrees).  Tomorrow, the
sun will be directly overhead at the equater - sun's subpoint on the
equater - sun's declination = 0 degrees.  At sunrise, sun will be DUE EAST
only for those on the equator.  For us in northern hemisphere, sun will rise
at an angle/bearing south of (greater than) DUE EAST (090).
