Well, all the glow plugs are new, and it's working fine now. Even when the light is wacky, the engine starts like the plugs are working fine.

They gave me a new one. problem solved, Now, while my problem was a bad amp you could be seeing a bad 1 or 2 GPs or bad wiring between the Amp and one or more GP.
