The other day I was at my mom's house, in the garage, and looked though some of my dad's old tools. I found a Proto micrometer style tourque wrench, but I know nothing about it beyond that. Is this a good brand? How can I checkit to make sure its still good, what do I need to know. I know it hasn't been touched in over 10 years, but it looks like its in good shape. It is in US and metric.
