speaking of bottled water, I saw a test recently - perhaos it was Consumers
Reports and they found higher leverls od contamination in the bottled /
spring water than in the water provided by the kitchen faucet. Of course,
some kitchen faucets provde stuff undrinkable - but those are hopefully the
exception.
One thing to rememeber - we are a minority in that most of the people in the
world have limited access to fresh water and those that do usually have to
send a crumb-snatcher fo fetch it. Being able to move a lever and see
*fresh* water flowing into a glass must look like magic to a large part of
the worlds population.
