Friend with 06 Ford F250 Diesel has gotten hyped up about and has ordered parts to, supposedly, "increase" air flow in his Diesel and, supposedly, increase fuel mileage by 10 to 15 mpg. Parts include "Coolair" filter and larger exhaust system. Somebody, please remind me about airflow (trying to improve it) in a Diesel, lack of throttling, etc.
