Listers, I need some advise on my daughter's car. Several weeks ago she complained her 1990 190e 2.6 w/ 70000, (I think it's actually about 150000, but that's another story) was not wanting to die when she came to an idle. By the time I came to inspect it the problem seem to have resolved it's self, and I couldn't reproduce it. The car has sat for 2wks, and I went out to start it this morning and it won't start it just cranks. I checked and it appears I'm getting spark so given last week's issues I'm thinking it's a fuel problem. What should I look at next? Fuel filter? Pump or pump relay? What should I evaluate next? This is the first issue I've ever really had with her car and I'm kinda at a loss. All my previous cars were/are diesel. I'd appreciate any advise. .
