It's vibrating when you apply the pedal and still doing it when the car's not moving? I would have guessed a colapsed motor mount & the reverse torque on the engine that's being applied while your foot is off the accelerator was causing the metal parts to meet & caused the vibration. But you repleced the mounts. Any chance that the 2 small screws that hold the mounts to the sub-frame are not properly tightened?
